UVET recently worked with a screen printer manufacturer to improve their production process for screen printing on pails and other cylindrical objects. With growing market demand, our partner sought to achieve efficient and consistently high quality screen printing. To achieve their goal, they chose to introduce UVET's UV LED curing lamp, the UVSN-300M2, which has a UV intensity of 12W/cm2 and a curing size of 240x20mm. The company upgraded its conventional screen printing printer to a UV LED printer. The process starts with placing a plastic drum on the table and applying ink from the screen printing mould to the drum. They then cure the ink with the UV curing unit UVSN-300M2.
